The apartment possesses one reserved space for car parking, conveniently placed at the gatehouse. At the time of build, foreign buyers were allowed to purchase from the Government organisation responsible for the condominium  but present law only permits sales of apartments by their foreign owners. This means that no new apartments owned by the Government are available for sale and therefore the market is very limited for buyers. The expenses for the legal transfer of the property (not exceeding 2.000 Euros) will be divided between buyer and seller. Esto significa que no haya nuevos apartamentos de propiedad del Gobierno están disponibles para la venta y, por consiguiente, el mercado es muy limitado para los compradores. Esta es una rara oportunidad para persona o una empresa extranjera para adquirir legalmente propiedad en Cuba. Los gastos de la transferencia legal de la propiedad (no superior a 2.000 Euros) se dividirá entre el comprador y el vendedor. La transferencia será legalmente documentada por la Oficina de Notarios pública en la Habana.
